Identification of Controls (Continued)

Remote Control

1. POWER : Switches the TV power on or Standby.

2. FREEZE: To freeze current picture.

3. FAV.LIST: Displays the favourite channel list.

4. S.MODE: Selects sound mode.

5. 0 – 9 number buttons: Press to enter channel numbers or input

password.

6. ASPECT: Selects the screen aspect ratio.

7. MENU: Displays the main menu screen.

8.5/6/3/4/OK: Press the arrows to navigate through the menus or

adjust an item. Press OK to confirm a selection or enter a sub-menu.

9. EPG: Displays the Electronic programme Guide (DTV only).

10. VOL+/–: Increases or decreases the volume.

11. INFO: Displays the information banner.

12. : INSTANT RECORD/STOP button (PVR recording)

13. : Fast reverse

14. : Previous

15. SOURCE: Displays input source menu.

16. TV/RADIO: Switches between TV and Radio mode. (DTV only)

17. STEREO: Selects bilingual, stereo or mono (ATV only), or audio

track(DTV only).

18. P.MODE: Selects picture mode.

19. : Returns to the previous channel.

20. EXIT: Exits the menu screen.

21. LIST: Displays the channel list.

22. MUTE: Press to mute the sound. Press again to restore the sound.

23. CH5/6: Changes channel up and down.

24. T.SHIFT( ): time shift button;

Play/Pause button (when in time shifting or USB Media Play)

25.REC.LIST( ) button: Shows Recorded List; BACK button (USB

Media Play)

26. : Fast forward

29. Coloured buttons (RED/GREEN/YELLOW/BLUE): Direct access

to the coloured items or corresponding pages. (Teletext)

. TTX: Used to enter or exit teletext mode. (Teletext)

. Subtitle: Displays the subtitle; or the teletext subpage (Teletext)

. Hold: To stop or resume sub-page acquisition. (Teletext)

. Reveal: To reveal or hide the concealed information. (Teletext)

. Size: Press this button several times to display the upper, then the lower part of the screen and then return to the

normal size teletext page. (Teletext)

. Index: Press this button to view the main index page.(Teletext)
